Eligibility Criteria: Aspirants must have 10th / 12th / DMLT / ANM Course / GNM / Graduation Degree / Diploma / B.E. / Post Graduation Degree from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute according to post.

Examination Fee Details:

• Candidates applying for any aforesaid post and belongs to General / OBC category shall be required to pay an application fee of Rs. 400/-.
• Aspirants belongs to SC/ ST category have to pay Rs. 200/- as application fee.
