MBNS NEWS, Raipur | Brokers attempted to sell 19 acres of land in Sejbahar from a major builder in the capital for 51 crore by preparing false documents. The accused also took a parcel of land for two crores an acre. Also made a deed of sale in the name of an acquaintance. They also managed to register the land with false documents. When the builder learned of this, he complained to the police. Police arrested three after recording a case of cheating.
Two defendants are searched. Sejbahar TI informed that Deepak Raheja, the owner of Vardan Buildcon, has 19 acres of land in Sejbahar, in which the perimeter wall works are ongoing. Security guards are also stationed there. The owners of OCM Business Group, Satish Sinha, Anand Sahu and Pramod Joshi, attempted to sell the land by forging documents.
Their plan was to sell the precious land by placing it. The police investigation revealed that Anand Sahu had shown 19 acres of land for plotting Satish and said his acquaintance owned the land. Satish loved the land. Anand then went to see Pramod Joshi with him. Pramod works as a broker. He has an office in Telibandha.
Pramod said he was a friend of the owner of the Buildcon Blessing, that he would get the land deal. After that, Anand and Pramod together prepared false land documents and negotiated with Satish. Satish prepared a bill of sale on behalf of his acquaintance Dnyaneshwar Madharia. According to the police, the defendants are between them. There was a conspiracy to sell the land with full planning.
